The Paco’s Way

After years of traveling the globe, drinking coffee in every stop, we’ve created our own unique process & technique that we’re excited to share with you.

Coffee. Culture.

Coffee has a big impact on our daily lives, our communities, and our environment. That's why we make conscious decisions to honor that process every step of the way and help get a quality cup of specialty coffee in your hands. Every one from the farmer, producer, to our small batch process, and to our partners who carry and serve Paco’s. We’re on this journey together.

Consciously Sourced

Paco’s Coffee is sourced from Latin American Coffee hubs that put our environment, traditions, and culture first. We source our beans from small farms all over Central and South America, where it is ethically farmed and carefully dried, leaving us with a wide range of flavors in all of our coffee offerings. We’re trying our best to do the right thing in this ever growing industry. We pride ourselves in working with farms leading in organic and sustainable farming practices.

JP: Owner / Roaster

My name is JP Salvat, and I love coffee. Everything about it, from its origin to the cup you drink it in. After years of being a barista, owning a coffee shop, and running a successful coffee program, I was inspired to create Paco’s Coffee. I wanted to create a roast that everyone loves. Basically, I just want everyone to drink good coffee. I purchased our 6lb San Franciscan Roaster in 2018 and have not stopped thinking and creating my favorite roast profiles to share with you.
